Thirtieth Sunday In Ordinary Time

Welcome to St. Mary of the Rockies and welcome to all of our visitors.

Join us this Saturday evening after Mass for a free chili dinner courtesy of the Belles women’s group.  There will also be a silent auction with a wide variety of items to bid on.

There will be no morning Mass this next Tuesday, October 28^th.

The Saturday Rosary Service will be this upcoming week on November 1^st directly following the 9:00AM morning Mass.

We are taking donations on behalf of Life Bridge food panty for Thanksgiving dinner baskets for our local needy community.  A full dinner will be provided for a donation of $60 but any amount is appreciated.  Please make your check out to Life Bridge and drop them in the basket on the side table here in the church.  Deadline for donations is November 15^th.

The parish Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction will be October 25^th at 5:00PM, following the Saturday evening Mass.  Registration to enter your chilli and to donate an item to the auction must be filled out by the end of this weekend.  Forms are on the side table and in the front vestibule.  There is also an early bid sheet available for higher dollar value items that will be included in the silent auction.

The October Parish Social Hour is Sunday at 10:00AM, directly after Mass.  Come join us for some free breakfast goodies!

The church office will be closed Monday and Tuesday of next week.

Father Bogdan will be away next week so there will be no morning Mass October 6^th through the 10^th.

The parish Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction will be October 25^th at 5:00PM, following the Saturday evening Mass.  The Chili Cook-Off awards cash prizes for the top three chilies as determined by taste testing.  If you want to enter your chili in the contest you must sign up on the sheets which can be found at the side table or in the vestibule.  Registration deadline is October 19^th.  If you wish to donate items for the silent auction please sign up on the same sheets as the Chili-Cook-off.  Your items for the auction should be brought to the church by October 19^th.  Please contact the office before that date if your donated item has a bid price greater than $200.

There will be no weekday morning Mass on Tuesday September 30^th.

The First Friday Prayer Service will directly following the morning Mass on Friday, October 3^rd.

The Saturday Rosary Service will follow the 9:00AM Mass Saturday, October 4^th.
