Twenty-Second Sunday In Ordinary Time

Catholic Charities in Castle Rock is coordinating a coat drive to provide coats to the adults and children in our community who may not be able to afford them for the upcoming cold season.  Please consider donating clean, gently used coats for both adults and children by bringing them to church with you the weekends of September 2/3 and September 9/10.  Boxes have been placed in the church vestibule for your donations.

These coats will be taken to LifeBridge in Bailey for distribution to our community.

The church office will be closed on Monday September 4^th for the Labor Day holiday.

The religious education program for children will be starting up again on Sunday September 17^th.  Classes will be once a month on Sundays directly after the Sunday Mass.  If you would like your children to participate you can contact Patty Schmidt at Sunday Mass or email the office.  We will need to know information such as child’s age, grade level, and if any sacrament preparation is needed.  We can also use some adult participation as instructors.
